Rare Chanel Classic Millenium Mademoiselle Corset HandBag

Undoubtedly, Coco Chanel from her earliest days of designing was all about function and convenient use. Even today, the house respects this vision by creating practical and streamlined clothing and accessories. The Chanel “butt-Bag” is designed with a peculiar shape created to contour around the leg when it is or carried. Coming in a variety of styles, mostly solid leathers, this circa 2000 Chanel Millennium butt-Bag is a rare collector’s item. Done in a printed, monochrome silk, Warhol stylized imagery of Coco Chanel is on the front and back of the Bag.

Tones of salmon, coral, and rose are marbled to create the image and form the design on the Bag. Lightly printed on the front is the interlocking CC logo. On each side is a grey logoed plate that makes up the swivel for the Bag to open. The interior is made from black nylon and features a corset lace detail at the middle and had 8 pockets created from the accordion style opening. Ergonomic for carry and excellent storage, this Chanel Bag is equally collectable and functional.

In very good condition, there is some wear on the bottom of the Bag and some scratching on one of the grey logoed side plates.
